Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time (BEFORE the day of your appointment) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancelling the DAY OF your appointment, No call/No show (or failing to arrive for your appointment without notice), or arriving inside the studio later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will incur a 95% cancellation/no show fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. Clients that cancel/reschedule 3 consecutive times will be banned from online booking and will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. If your card on file is declined, you will be required to pay this cancellation fee before you are allowed to book again. Emergencies are the sole discretion of the owner of Evolve Esthetics. By booking a service, you accept these terms and agree to this policy.
